One Oil, So Many Uses

This one belongs to both of us, and we use it in completely different ways.

Andrew reaches for it when his eczema flares up, especially on his face. He applies it before bed and lets it work overnight. It calms his skin without any harsh ingredients. Because it is 100% pure and cold pressed, there are no additives that could irritate sensitive or reactive skin. That matters a lot when you are dealing with eczema.

My uses are a little different. I use organic castor oil for detoxification. Castor oil packs are increasingly being documented for their detox benefits, and I apply it as a warm pack regularly. It is one of those small intentional rituals that genuinely makes me feel good.
