    Face Wash — La Roche-Posay Mela B3 Anti-Dark Spots Cleanser 200ml

This face wash for dark spots became part of my skincare routine after my laser treatment in South Africa. When you invest in laser work for dark spots and rosacea, every product in your routine has to earn its place.

I use the La Roche-Posay Mela B3 every morning and sometimes in the evening too. Because my skin is quite sensitive, I needed something gentle enough to use daily without causing irritation. This micro-peeling gel cleanser does exactly that. It is thorough without being aggressive.

Honest review time. I have since moved on to another face wash because I did not see a dramatic reduction in my dark spots from this one alone. However, and this is important, my skin has not gotten any darker either. For someone managing dark spots and rosacea in the Dubai sun, that maintenance matters more than I initially gave it credit for.

Because I pair this with my La Roche-Posay Anthelios UVMune 400 SPF50 sunscreen, my routine works together as a system. The cleanser prepares my skin and the sunscreen protects it. That combination is what I believe keeps my skin stable and prevents further darkening.

The formula contains Melasyl, Niacinamide and Vitamin B3 plus PHA. Together these ingredients target dark spots, even out skin tone and gently exfoliate without stripping. It is made with La Roche-Posay thermal spring water which suits sensitive skin beautifully.

If you are managing dark spots or uneven skin tone, this is a solid gentle option worth trying. Results may vary, but skin that stays stable is still a win.
